Rug Care:

As needed, spot clean using a damp cloth with plain water. Do not use soap or harsh cleaning solutions as it may compromise the look of your rug.
Use suction to vacuum. Do not use bristle attachments.
Larger and deeper stains are best dealt professionally.
Avoid pulling loose yarns and clip them carefully.
Use a rug pad for optimal performance.
Flip rug sides every three months to prevent discoloration and wear.

Tracking & Coordination

Live tracking is available for most smaller shipments via USPS and select carriers. For larger furniture orders, tracking may vary depending on the carrier. In those cases, the carrier will contact you in advance to schedule a delivery window and provide updates via phone or email.
