Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ashary’s, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, or any damages whatsoever arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Membership Program—even if Ashary’s has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability; accordingly, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
Termination: Ashary’s reserves the right to suspend or terminate your membership, in whole or in part, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, you will lose access to all Membership Program benefits, and any outstanding fees will become immediately due.
